BillPe collects the following information to provide our billing services:
Phone number (for authentication via OTP), Business name and settings, Menu items and pricing, Bill records including customer names and phone numbers (if provided), Payment preferences (UPI ID, bank details).
We use your information to: authenticate your identity, generate and manage bills, send bill receipts via WhatsApp (when requested), provide business analytics, and process subscription payments.
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers (MongoDB Atlas) with encryption. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
We use the following third-party services: Twilio (for OTP verification and WhatsApp messaging), Razorpay (for payment processing), MongoDB Atlas (for data storage). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and encrypted database connections.
BillPe is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
